Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EPOINT CREDIT LLC, we provide educational, digital, and consultative services related to credit education, financial awareness, and funding strategies. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any service.


1. Right to Cancel, 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

You may request a cancellation and refund within three (3) days of signing the agreement or completing your purchase by sending an email to:

To be eligible under this 3-day cancellation period:

Your request must be sent within 72 hours (3 days) of signing or purchase

You must not have accessed, downloaded, or used any proprietary digital content

You must not have scheduled or attended any coaching, consultation, or strategy session

If these conditions are met, your refund request will be reviewed and processed accordingly.


2. Non-Refundable Services

After the 3-day cancellation period expires, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Digital guides, courses, downloads, or educational materials

Coaching, consulting, or strategy sessions (scheduled or completed)

Memberships, portals, or any proprietary content access

Once services have been accessed or delivered, refunds will not be issued.


3. Exceptions & Company Discretion

In limited situations, refunds may be considered only at the company’s discretion if:

Services were clearly not rendered as described

A technical or administrative error occurred

Approved refunds may be subject to a reasonable administrative or processing fee and can take 5–10 business days to process.


4. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, are non-refundable

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund


5. No Guarantees Disclaimer

E&J CREDIT CONSULTING LLC DBA EPOINT CREDIT LLC is not a credit repair organization, lender, or financial advisor.
We do not guarantee credit score increases, approvals, funding, or financial outcomes.
Lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.


6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Reason for cancellation or refund request
